WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY PARCEL?

Your package may sometimes contain a missing item, however all of our packages are examined before they leave our warehouse. Please use the contact form to inform our customer support staff if an item is missing. We look into each individual situation to determine what happened and provide the lost item to you.

What is your returns policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

What time period do I have to return my items?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

How often do you get new arrivals

Every day, we get brand-new items that you will adore into our warehouse. We get these on-site as soon as we can so you can shop. Look at coming soon; these are styles that will be available soon. By signing up, you’ll be the first to learn when the stock goes live on the website, allowing you to make sure you can get your hands on the styles you want as soon as possible.
